The Proton XE-750 industrial 3D printer is designed for use in all areas of production and rapid prototyping. The maximum nozzle temperature is 470℃ and maximum surface temperature is up to 160℃. The print volume is 600 × 500 × 750 mm. There are two filament holders on top of the 3D printer and two filament boxes that protect the filament from moisture. All used components are certified (EMC, IP, etc.).
The axis movement is ensured by linear machine guiding from bearing steel this guarantees precise and smooth movement over the machine’s lifetime. The shift is ensured by a high precision ball screw, which does not have to be replaced or set.
Most components are made in Slovakia or sourced from European suppliers. Ball screws and trapezoidal screws for movement have long lifetimes. A resistant material nozzle (tool steel with interior nickel coating) ensures the 3D printer’s long lifetime even, when printing fibre-filled materials.
